Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-0995CL-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-0995CL-F(E))
This product is a recombinant human Fab fragment antibody that recognizes PD-1 ligand. The binding ability of its full-length antibody was tested by ELISA with an EC₅₀ value of 76 ng/ml. The blocking ability of its full-length antibody was validated by ELISA and flow cytometry with an IC₅₀ value of 35 ng/ml. This product could be used the detection of PD-L1 in immunoassays and cancer immunotherapeutic studies.
