This product is a scFv fragment antibody binding to human programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as CD274). With a significantly higher affinity and specificity for PD-Ll, this antibody demonstrated some cross-reactivity with PD-L2. This scFv antibody was originally selected from a large phage display library screened on the recombinant CD274 protein of human origin. This scFv antibody has a significant inhibition of hPD-1/hPD-L1 binding. It is purified by affinity chromatography to get a purity higher than 95% and could be applied in ELISA, radioimmunoassay, and flow cytometry.
