This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes PD-L1. The binding ability of this antibody was analyzed by the incubation with HEK293/PD-L1 cells and the EC₅₀ value was around 0.1 μg/mL as detected by flow cytometry. This antibody could stimulate cytokine production of activated PBMC cells as the IFN-γ secretion tested by ELISA. This human antibody could be constructed and produced in Fab or scFv formats and purified by affinity chromatography with a purity higher than 95%.
