Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-0266CL) (CAT#: TAB-0266CL)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes CD274 (PD-L1). It has a high affinity for PD-L1 and the EC₅₀ value of its Fab fragment to PD-L1 was around 0.2 pM as detected by SPR. Its Fab fragment antibody could function to inhibit the binding of PD-L1 and PD-1 with the IC₅₀ value of 0.07 μg/ml. This human antibody could be constructed and produced in Fab or scFv formats and purified by affinity chromatography with a purity higher than 95%.
