Anti-Human CD274 Recombinant Antibody (BII61-62) (CAT#: TAB-0998CL)
This human monoclonal antibody against PD-L1 was screened by the yeast display technology. The binding affinity of this antibody was tested by SPR with the value of 4.5 nM. This antibody specifically binds to PD-L1 with an EC₅₀ value of 0.08 μg/ml in the binding kinetics detection SPR assay. In the competitive ELISA assay detecting the blocking ability of this antibody, it got an IC₅₀ value of 4.6 μg/ml. This antibody also has an inhibitory activity to tumor growth in animal models. The antibody could be used the detection of PD-L1 in immunoassays and cancer immunotherapeutic studies.
