This product is a recombinant rabbit IgG antibody that binds human B7-H3. The antibody can be used in WB and ELISA assay. The antibody detected a 110 kDa band by Western blotting. HPAB-0244-CN-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of HPAB-0244-CN antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
