TAB-065LC is a type of humanized antibodies that target the human lymphocyte receptor CD28. These antibodies can be used as therapeutic agents to block T cell activation through the CD28 receptor. TAB-065LC-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of TAB-065LC antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
