Mouse Anti-CD33 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0078-LSX) (CAT#: HPAB-0078-LSX)
HPAB-0078-LSX is a recombinant mouse antibody that specifically targets CD33. It exhibits a strong binding affinity of 0.3 nM to human CD33. Moreover, HPAB-0078-LSX effectively reduces the expression of CD33 on the cell surface, with an EC50 value of 34.81 μM. Notably, when applied at a concentration of 0.1 μg/ml, HPAB-0078-LSX demonstrates increased binding to human primary monocytes, as evidenced by higher MFI.
