Mouse Anti-CD33 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-119LC) (CAT#: TAB-119LC)
TAB-119LC is a murine IgG2a anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody that can be effectively used to reduce AML cells in relapsed patients with high tumor burden. It can also be used to eliminate minimal residual disease and extend disease-free survival in patients with APL in remission. This antibody binds to CD33, a 67 kD glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, hematopoietic progenitors, early myeloid progenitor cells, and myeloid leukemias (acute and chronic). CD33 is not expressed on mature myeloid cells, normal stem cells, other hematopoietic cells, or non-hematopoietic human tissues.
