Anti-CD37 (AGS67C)-mc-val-cit-PABC-MMAE ADC (AGS67E) (CAT#: ADC-L005)

This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD37 antibody (clone AGS67C) conjuagated via a mc-val-cit-PABC linker to MMAE (AGS67C-mc-val-cit-PABC-MMAE). It has demonstrated a response in pancreatic cancer treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Depolymerize Microtubules.

Specifications

  • Antibody Overview
  • Fully human IgG2k monoclonal antibody that binds to CD-37
  • Clone
  • AGS67C
  • Antibody Conjugation
  • Human
  • Linker
  • mc-val-cit-PABC (cleavable maleimidocaproyl-valyl-citrullinyl-p-aminobenzyloxycarbonyl)
  • Linker Class/Description
  • Class: Enzymatically cleavable linkers-Peptide linkers
Description: peptide linkers, belonging to Enzymatically cleavable linkers, combine greater systemic stability with rapid enzymatic release of the drug in the target cell. The scission of peptidic bonds relies on lysosomal proteolytic enzymes, which have very low activities in blood due to endogenous inhibitors and the unfavorably high pH value of blood.
  • Drug
  • MMAE (Monomethyl auristatin E)
  • Drug Class/Description
  • Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

Target

  • Introduction
  • The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. This encoded protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. It may play a role in T-cell-B-cell interactions. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
