The product is a recombinant human scfv antibody that targets CD40. The clone demonstrated around 80% suppression of proliferation even at a low antibody concentration, and exhibited approximately 95% suppression of proliferation. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
