Mouse Anti-CDH11 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-1412CL)

The antibody exhibits specific binding to the EC1 domain of Cadherin-11. EC 1 antibody H1M1 binds Cad-11-EC1-Fc fusion protein and Cad-11-EC1-5-Fc fusion protein. It suppresses arthritis-related joint swelling in vivo in a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis.
