Recombinant Human Anti-CHIKV E2 Antibody (PABL-430) (CAT#: PABL-430)
Recombinant Human Antibody is capable of binding to CHIKV E2, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-CHIKV E2 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-CHIKV E2 proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody bound to CHIKV E2 B domain provided an explanation for its neutralizing activity. Binding to the B domain was associated with repositioning of the A domain of E2 that enabled cross-linking of neighboring spikes.
