Human Anti-CKM Recombinant Antibody (clone MAK33) (CAT#: PABW-026)

Recombinant Human Antibody (MAK33) is capable of binding to CK-MM, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-CK-MM mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-CK-MM mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

  • The CKM antibody has been reported in applications of NMR, Western Blot.
    NMR: Backbone assignments for MAK33 VL WT have been reported previously25. Heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC) experiments were recorded using a protein concentration of 50 μM at a temperature of 25 °C. All NMR experiments were performed using a Bruker Avance III spectrometer (Bruker BioSpin, Karlsruhe) operating at a 1H Larmor frequency of 500 MHz.
