Mouse Anti-CLDN3 Recombinant Antibody (clone CDN16) (CAT#: HPAB-0151-LSX)

Monoclonal antibodies that bind specifically to Claudin 3 expressed on cell surface. Clone CDN16 is a IgG2b that can be potentially used for diagnosis of cancers that have enhanced expression of Claudin 3, such as breast cancer.

The vertical axis represents the number of cells (fluorescence coefficient), and the horizontal axis represents the fluorescence intensity. The gray dotted line and the black solid line represent the cell fluorescence intensity distribution when the chimeric antibody is not added and when the chimeric antibody is added, respectively.
