Mouse Anti-CSF2RB Recombinant Antibody (clone BION-1) (CAT#: PABZ-029)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (BION-1) is capable of binding to CSF2RB, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). BION-1 binds 3 known eosinophil-producing cytokines of the GM-CSF/IL-3/IL-5 receptor beta-chain (beta(c) signaling subunit.

Dose-dependent competition for the binding of ¹²⁵I-IL-5 (50 pM), ¹²⁵I-GM- CSF (50 pM) and ¹²⁵I-IL-3 (200 pM) by MoAbs BION-1, an anti-βc MoAb control, and an IgG, control MoAb to TF-1.8 cells (2×10⁶ per point). ( . . . ) represents ligand binding in the presence of 200-fold excess unlabelled ligand. Each point is the mean of triplicate determinations.

Figure 3 BION-1 blocks high-affinity binding of IL-5, GM-CSF, and IL-3 to human eosinophils.

Human eosinophils (1.8 × 10⁶) were preincubated either alone (open boxes) or in the presence of 1 μmol/L BION-1 MoAb (closed boxes) or an isotype IgG1-matched control antibody (diagonal boxes) before the addition of radiolabeled cytokine. Nonspecific binding was in each case less than 1% of total counts added. Each point is the mean of duplicate determinations and error bars represent 1 standard deviation.

TF1.8 cells (2 × 10⁶) were incubated with a range of concentrations of IL-3 (closed circles) or TNFα (open circles) in the presence of ¹²⁵I-labeled MoAb BION-1 (1 nmol/L). Each point is the mean of duplicate determinations and error bars represent 1 standard deviation.
