Recombinant Mouse Antibody (BION-1) is capable of binding to CSF2RB, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). BION-1 binds 3 known eosinophil-producing cytokines of the GM-CSF/IL-3/IL-5 receptor beta-chain (beta(c) signaling subunit.

- The antibody BION-1 has been reported in applications of Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Functional Assay, Blocking, Inhibition, Immunoprecipitation. It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubition time etc. are best to be carefully titrated in specific assays.
Blocking: This antibody has been tested for blocking high-affinity binding of IL-5, GM-CSF, and IL-3 to human eosinophils. 1.8 × 10^6 Human eosinophils were needed and the concentration of BION-1 was 1 μmol/L.
