Potent Neutralizing Antibody
We acquired the MM0123-16B9 clone to study Cardiotrophin-1 bioactivity. This Mouse Anti-CTF1 Recombinant Antibody proved to be a potent neutralizer in our functional assays. It binds specifically to Human CTF1, and we were able to inhibit the expected biological response effectively. A high-quality reagent for functional research.
Clean Western Blot Data
Beyond its neutralizing capabilities, we used this antibody for Western Blotting to detect CTF1 levels in cell culture supernatants. The detection was sensitive and specific. The Protein G affinity purification ensures that the antibody is clean, resulting in very low background on our blots. Highly recommended.
