Mouse Anti-LYZ Recombinant Antibody (clone HyHEL-26); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBC-024)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (HyHEL-26) Fab Fragment is specific to Chicken LYZ. The HEL epitope recognized by H26 consists of 18 residues from three separate ploypeptide segments of the antigen that from a contiguous patch on its surface.

The results are presented as the -log of the molar concentration which gave 50% inhibition of binding by the respective mAb to HEL.
