Recombinant Human Anti-Cn2 toxin Antibody (9004G) (CAT#: PABL-050)
Recombinant Human Antibody (9004G) is capable of binding to Cn2 toxin, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-Cn2 toxin mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-Cn2 toxin mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody could neutralize the effects of two different scorpion venoms through interactions with the primary toxins of Centruroides noxius Hoffmann (Cn2) and Centruroides suffusus suffusus (Css2).
