Effective DCC Neutralization
Clone Axel-1 is a powerful tool for neutralizing the bioactivity of DCC. We used it in our functional assays to study axon guidance, and it blocked the receptor function effectively. It also works well in Flow Cytometry for surface detection.
Targets Fibronectin Domain 5
This mouse monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the fibronectin domain 5 of the human DCC receptor. This specificity allowed us to precisely target the netrin 1 receptor in our research on neuronal growth cones and tumor suppression mechanisms.
