Recombinant Human Antibody (HMAb 1F4 ) scFv Fragment is specific to DENV-1, expressed in E. coli. This scFv fragment can neutralize DENV at different stages of viral entry in a cell type and receptor dependent manner. It binds to the DI and DI-II hinge regions of the E protein monomer and that Ab binding is likely to be sensitive to the hinge angle between DI-II.
