Anti-DENV1 E Recombinant Antibody (15C12) (CAT#: MRO-1088LC)
The 15C12 antibody was derived from a hybridoma clone inoculated into pristane-primed BALB/c mice. 15C12 exhibited neutralizing activities at high IgG concentrations, enhancing activities at intermediate concentrations, and no activity at low concentrations. The epitope of 15C12 includes E309 in EDIII of DENV-1.

- In the plaque reduction neutralization tests (PRNTs), the PRNT50 value of this product was 5.0. In the antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) assay, the infection rate of U937 cells with this antibody in the absence of complement was 93%. It is positively reacted with DENV-1 and DENV-3 in ELISA assay.
