Anti-DENV1 E Recombinant Antibody (9B1) (CAT#: MRO-1089LC)
9B1 is a recombinant mouse anti-Dengue virus-1 monoclonal antibody. It was reactive with all DENV types, and cross-reacted with these viruses, such as Japanese encephalitis and West Nile viruses. 9B1 exhibited neutralizing activities at high IgG concentrations, enhancing activities at intermediate concentrations, and no activity at low concentrations, with the exception that in the presence of complement.

- In the plaque reduction neutralization tests (PRNTs), the PRNT50 value of this product was 4.9. In the antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) assay, the infection rate of U937 cells with this antibody in the absence of complement was 39%. It is positively reacted with DENV-1 to DENV-4 in ELISA assay.
