Anti-Human DKK1 Recombinant Antibody (RH2-80) (CAT#: TAB-201MZ)
The human anti-Dkk-1 antibody RH2-80 was prepared using the human single chain Fv phage display library. RH2-80 is specific for Dkk-1. The epitope maps primarily to within cysteine-rich-domain-2 of Dkk-1. RH2-80 can be potentially used as an inhibitor of the osteoanabolic Wnt/LRP5 signaling pathway for treating bone disorders which results in a loss in bone, for example, osteoporosis.

Figure 1 shows Eu-Dkk-1 binding to HEK293hLrp5 cells and inhibitory activity of anti-Dkk-1 antibodies RH2-10, RH2-18, RH2-31, RH2-59, and RH2-80 at various concentrations.

Figure 2 shows the transcriptional effects of RH2-80 antibodies (Dkk-IAB) on cultured cancer cells in a TOPflash transcription assay performed in HCTl 16 cells in complete medium. 8B4 was the control non-specific antibody. Con was vehicle control.
