This recombinant Rat antibody showed high specificity for Human DLL4 in our ELISA assays. It recognized the extracellular domain effectively. We appreciate the affinity chromatography purification, which resulted in a pure product that performed consistently in our binding studies involving Notch ligands.

Good Flow Cytometry Data

We utilized TAB-238MZ for Flow Cytometry to analyze DLL4 expression on cell surfaces. The IgG2a isotype control showed low background, while the specific signal was strong. It is a valuable reagent for our research into tumor angiogenesis and the Delta-Notch signaling pathway.
