Mouse Anti-DNP Recombinant Antibody (clone SPE7) (CAT#: PABZ-033)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (SPE7) is capable of binding to DNP (2,4-dinitrophenyl), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). A monoclonal immunoglobulin E (IgE) raised against a 2,4-dinitrophenyl (DNP) hapten. SPE7 exhibits high affinity [a dissociation constant (Kd) of 20 nM] and specificity toward DNP; its affinity for close analogs of DNP, such as 2-nitrophenol (NP) and 2-nitro-4-iodophenol, is negligible(Kd>100 M).

Naive BMCMCs were cultured in the presence or absence of 10 μg/ml H1-ε-26 IgE or 5 μg/ml SPE-7 IgE plus various concentrations of IL-1β, IL-18, or IL-33 for 6 h. IL-4, IL-6, and IL-13 levels in culture supernatants of BMCMCs were measured by ELISA.     Flow Cytometry: It's reported that this antibody has been tested in flow cytometry for detecting MAPK and BMCMCs. The concentration of SPE7 was 5 μg/ml.
    Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay: The reported concentration of SPE7 was 5 μg/ml.
