Recombinant Humanized Antibody (sABs) is capable of binding to E. coli malE , expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This antibody recognizes the bound form of MBP can rescue the function of a binding-deficient mutant by restoring its natural affinity for maltose.
