ELISA
Figure 1 shows ELISA binding analysis of 3-17I scFv, 7-F17 scFv, 17- C20 scFv and 24-G6 scFv to human EpCAM-Fc.
MAXI-Sorb plates were coated with human or cynomolgus EpCAM-Fc at a concentration of 5 μg/ml. The antibody was added in 2-fold dilutions from 667 nM to 3.2 nM.
