Human Anti-JAM-A Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-0297-CN-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-0297-CN-F(E))

This is the Fab fragment of a mouse/human chimeric anti-JAM-A antibody which contains murine variable regions and human constant regions. This product binds to the extracellular domain of JAM-A with high affinity and specificity. The antibody product is capable of inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells in vitro and in vivo as validated by functional assays.
