Anti-Human JAM-A Recombinant Antibody (TAB-0606CL) (CAT#: TAB-0606CL)

This recombinant antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human JAM-A. A KD of 22 pM of this antibody for the human JAM-A protein was determined under indicated experimental conditions. This purified antibody product can be potentially used in the immunoassays such as IF, IHC, FC, and WB in treatment research of various cancers especially lung cancer and breast cancer.

Applications

  • Application Notes
  • The F11R antibody has been reported in applications of Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry. IF:Cells were treated for 48 hr with 10 lg mL1 of either the isotype control or the Mab 6F4. JAM-A expression level on cell surface was determined by immunofluorescence staining and visualized by confocal microscopy. JAM-A was revealed using a secondary antibody conjugated with Alexa Fluor 488 (green) and nuclei were counterstained with DRAQ5TM (blue).
