Human Anti-JAM-A Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0298-CN-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0298-CN-S(P))
This is a scFv fragment of a humanized anti-JAM-A homogeneous antibody which has high binding affinity and specificity as determined by ELISA and Biacore. It has a binding capacity to the extracellular domain of JAM-A and is able to inhibit the tumor growth in functional assasys with an inhibiting percent above 50%. This product could be provided as unconjugated and conjugated forms with HRP, FITC, Biotin, and so on.
