Human Anti-FGFR3 Recombinant Antibody (clone R3); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBW-162)
Recombinant Human Antibody (R3) Fab Fragment is specific to FGFR3, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). R3Mab exerted potent antitumor activity against bladder carcinoma and t(4;14)-positive multiple myeloma xenografts in mice by antagonizing FGFR3 signaling and eliciting antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
