This product is a recombinant human anti-Human Cytomegalovirus monoclonal antibody. 1F7 specifically binds to envelope glycoprotein gH associated with HCMV and can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis of Human Cytomegalovirus infection.

The ELISA was performed using the cell culture medium only (medium, negative control), or the supernatant from subcultures 26A1 (described in the patent application EP07110693), 1F7, and two other subcultures known to express hCMV-neutralizing IgG.
