Human Anti-HCV E2 Protein Recombinant Antibody (MRO-479LC) (CAT#: MRO-479LC)
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes Glycoprotein E2. The affinity of the antibody is about 3.8 nM to soluble E2 (sE2) and 5 nM to E1E2 heterodimers expressed on the surface of 293T cells. Neutralization of HCVcc and HCVpp by the mAb was performed in Huh-7.5 cells using both HCVpp and HCVcc.
