The binding of HCV-LPs was evaluated by flow cytometry using anti-E1E2 polyclonal antibody followed by incubation with Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. The x axis represents the mAbs and y axis represents percentage inhibition of HCV-LP binding.
