Recombinant monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to HER2. Anti-TAT188 antibodiess that selectively binds to the extracellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) proto-oncogene are useful for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in mammals.
