The binding kinetics of R53 to 92UG037 (clade A), JR-FL (clade B), 93MW965 (clade C), 92UG021 (clade D), and AE consensus (clade AE) were measured using ForteBio at different concentrations of the ligand. The brown, red, blue, purple, green, and orange lines represent 300 nM, 100 nM, 33.3 nM, 11.1 nM, 3.7 nM, and 1.23 nM of gp120 proteins, respectively.
