Recombinant Rabbit Antibody (R53) is capable of binding to HIV-1 gp120 C4 region, expressed in mammalian cells.

The binding kinetics of R53 to 92UG037 (clade A), JR-FL (clade B), 93MW965 (clade C), 92UG021 (clade D), and AE consensus (clade AE) were measured using ForteBio at different concentrations of the ligand. The brown, red, blue, purple, green, and orange lines represent 300 nM, 100 nM, 33.3 nM, 11.1 nM, 3.7 nM, and 1.23 nM of gp120 proteins, respectively.
