Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 V2 Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb 2158)

CAT#: PABL-175

Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb 2158) is capable of binding to HIV-1 gp120 V2, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HIV-1 gp120 V2 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HIV-1 gp120 V2 mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

Published Data Tested Data
Figure 1 Titration of gp120BaL coated onto beads. Ten serial 3-fold dilutions of recombinant gp120BaL were used for coating the beads to test phagocytosis mediated by MAb 2158 (anti-V2) and negative-control MAb 1418 (anti-parvovirus B19). A suboptimal dose of 1.7 μg/ml of gp120 was used for coating the beads in the study. Figure 2 Specific monoclonal antibodies inhibit gp120 binding at protein or integrin level.
