Specific For CYBA Light Chain
We needed a robust antibody to detect the cytochrome b-245 light chain in neutrophil preparations. Clone 55.2 worked perfectly in our Western Blotting workflows, showing strong reactivity with the p22phox subunit and helping us assess oxidase system components.
High Quality Recombinant Mouse Antibody
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO cells provided very reproducible data. We appreciate the specificity for the alpha subunit of the microbicidal oxidase system, which was critical for our research into chronic granulomatous disease mechanisms.
