Four-millimetre lesional (filled circles) and non-lesional (open circles) punch biopsies were taken before dosing and after three tildrakizumab doses or placebo. Lysates were prepared from biopsy sections for analysis on the NanoString nCounter gene expression platform. Skin biopsies were analysed from patients on placebo, 3 mg kg 21 tildrakizumab or 10 mg kg 21 tildrakizumab.

SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-875 in non-reduced (lane 1) and reduced (lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as 130-180 kDa.

The purity of TAB-875 was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
