Detects Polymeric MBL2 Well
Our research focuses on the innate immune system, specifically mannose-binding lectin. Clone 22D0 is excellent because it reacts with MBL2 in its polymeric state as well as the single subunit, which is essential for our serum analysis via Western Blot.
Consistent ELISA Performance
We applied this recombinant mouse antibody in our ELISA workflows to quantify MBL2 levels. The antibody demonstrated high affinity and reproducibility, which helped us reliably measure the protein's presence in various biological samples during our complement pathway studies.
