Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression

Robust Functional Assay Performance

We investigated the RON receptor signaling pathways using Narnatumab. This recombinant human antibody was highly effective in our functional studies (FuncS) and neutralization assays. It successfully bound to the native human antigen on RE7 cells, providing the reliable blockade we needed to assess downstream kinase activity.

High Purity For Flow Cytometry

The quality of this anti-RON antibody is outstanding, with SDS-PAGE analysis confirming greater than 95% purity. We utilized it for Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry to detect surface expression of MST1R. The signal-to-noise ratio was excellent, confirming its specificity for our receptor characterization projects.
