Specific To Extracellular Domain
We used this recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody for Western Blot analysis of SPINT2. It was raised against the extracellular domain of the protein, and it successfully detected the HGFA Inhibitor 2 in our samples. The Protein G purification resulted in a clean product that gave us clear bands.
Effective In Western Blot
The antibody NN0434-4T35 performed very well in our immunoassay techniques. We used it specifically for Western Blotting to study serine protease inhibitors. It is a high-quality IgG1 antibody expressed in CHO cells, and we adhered to the storage guidelines to maintain its efficacy for our experiments.
