Excellent Exosome Marker
TSG101 is a key marker for our exosome research. This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6C8) provides clean bands in Western Blot analysis of isolated exosome fractions. It is highly specific for the human protein and helps us validate the purity of our vesicle preparations.
Works Well In IHC-P
We tested this antibody on paraffin-embedded tissue sections (IHC-P) to study ESCRT-I complex components in tumor samples. The staining was specific and revealed the expected cellular localization. The antibody concentration was sufficient for many assays, and it performed well in sELISA formats as well.
