Daudi cells (4 x lO Vml) were treated with IFN-e of various concentrations in the presence or absence of 0.5 μg/ml of monoclonal antibodies anti-IFN-αRl (2E1), anti-IFN- αR2 (3B7) or control antibody anti-HER2 for 72 hours. Cell proliferation was examined by AlamarBlue assay. At least three experiments were performed and a representative result is shown.

Nonimmune mouse IgG1 (Coulter) was used as a control.
