Human Anti-IL13 Recombinant Antibody (clone CNTO607); scFv Fragment (CAT#: PSBW-170)
Recombinant Human Antibody (CNTO607) scFv Fragment is specific to IL13, expressed in E. coli. CNTO607 binds human IL-13 with high affinity (Kd=15 pM) and prevents binding of IL-13 to both IL-13Rα1 and IL- 13Rα2. CNTO607 potently neutralizes the activity of IL-13 in a variety of bioassays, including cell survival, eotaxin production, and STAT6 signaling.
