Great For CyTOF
This mouse monoclonal antibody was used in our CyTOF panel to detect IL17RE. It showed specific binding and was compatible with our conjugation protocols, allowing for high-dimensional analysis of immune cells.
Potent Bioactivity Neutralization
We chose clone CBL392 for its ability to neutralize IL-17 RE bioactivity. It worked perfectly in our blocking assays, preventing the downstream signaling of the receptor and validating our experimental model.
