It is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment specific for interleukin 20 (IL20), which is a pro-inflammatory and angiogenic cytokine mainly secreted by monocytes and skin keratinocytes. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It specifically targets IL20, then play a series of biological roles.
