This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes a important ctokine IL-21 (Interleukin 21). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It is capable of inhibiting human IL21-induced phosphorylation of STAT3 and the IC₅₀ value of this antibody is 13.17 pM. It can be used for Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Inhibition assay and other applications.
