Recombinant Human Antibody (Ab1.1) is capable of binding to IL34, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-IL34 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-IL34 proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody has IL-34 high binding affinity and blocking activity.

In human monocyte viability assay, the biological activity of IL-34 is effectively blocked by this antibody. Error bars indicate standard deviation of triplicate samples.
